Data from the Liberator project* was obtained from the internet, converted to binary code, and written by hand in crayon. The information is encoded in several ways, including the use of emphasis and multiple colors. This is only a portion of the code.
*Liberator refers to a printable firearm design by Defense Distributed that was released on the internet in 2013 (intended for use with a consumer 3-D printing machine). The State Department later cited the Arms Export Control Act of 1976, and the information was removed from the web.
